Fulfillment Policy

  • Refund policy — All sales are final, see below for cancelling during annual subscription period
  • Delivery policy — Once payment, required forms and paperwork are received, customized database will be delivered in no more than 10 business days.
  • Return policy – There are no returns as this is a software subscription.
  • Cancellation policy — To downgrade licenses, remove features, or cancel your subscription, send an email to [email protected]. Your changes or cancellation will become effective at the end of the annual billing period. You will not receive a prorated refund; your purchased features and license subscription will continue for the remainder of the billing period.
