Our software is priced per user making it affordable for the smallest organizations but scalable to meet the needs of large non-profits.

*Pricing for Additional Users

For each additional mentoring user without the fundraising module, add $300 upfront and $100/year ongoing. For each additional mentoring user with the fundraising module, add $420 upfront and $140/year.

Free Training & Support

One free phone training session and up to four hours of free phone and email support are included.

Ongoing Fee

The ongoing fee is billed at the anniversary of the software start date.

User Licenses

A user license is required for each person who uses the software. A licensed user may access the software from any computer. Sharing user licenses is not permitted. User licenses may be transferred from one person to another.

Data Import

Data from Excel spreadsheets can be imported on a one time basis for a fee of $500.

Custom Quote

Our software may be purchased for any number of users with licensed access to one or more modules. For example, some users might be licensed to access the mentoring module but not the fundraising module and other users might be licensed to access the fundraising module but not the mentoring module. Please contact us for a custom quote.

Mentoring Children of Prisoners

Our software meets the specialized needs of mentoring organizations with MCP grants. We configure your database with custom fields to meet MCP grant requirements and then with your MCP data in Innovative Mentoring Software, you can automatically generate the quarterly OLDC report (Program Performance Form) at the click of a button.
